Attempt theft of a motorcycle

Between approx. 1-3am on 23rd June, someone gained entry to the rear garden of a property in Wilkes Road, Codsall and tried to steal a motorbike. The lock on the gate to the garden has been damaged in the process, being cut off. Luckily the bike was not stolen due to good security measures being in place.

If anyone has any information in relation to this incident, please call 101 and quote incident 493, 24th June. If anyone in the vicinity has CCTV cameras, please can they be checked for between these times and if there is anything on them that could be linked, please also call 101.

Please ensure that rear gates are suitably locked and consider motion sensor security lights and CCTV cameras.
