Alert message sent 19/05/2022 12:09:00

Information sent on behalf of Neighbourhood Watch

Dear Citizen
We hope you will be able to join our Thames Valley Neighbourhood Watch Annual Members' Meeting on Saturday, starting at 10.00 a.m. We are delighted to have our Police & Crime Commissioner, Mathew Barber, amongst our Speakers, along with Chief Superintendent Katy Barrow-Grint, a senior officer from Thames Valley Police, and John Hayward-Cripps, the CEO of Neighbourhood Watch nationally. Click this link to join us: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/85668006175

If clicking the link does not open the Zoom meeting, please copy the link and paste it into your address bar. Please try to log-in around 15 minutes before 10.00 to avoid a last-minute rush. You will be held in the Waiting Room until start time. Although it is not essential, you may wish to download the Zoom app in advance if you do not have it already, as that sometimes makes logging-in easier.

If you wish to ask a Question of one of the Speakers, please put it in writing in the Chat bar. You are asked to remain muted at all times unless asked to speak by the Hosts. The Hosts will select and read questions on your behalf, dependent on time available. We expect the Meeting to finish at around 11.45 a.m.

Capacity is limited, and the timing may not suit everyone, so a video of the meeting will be available for viewing later.

We look forward to seeing you online on Saturday.

Regards
David
