On line report of a Fail to Stop RTC. Aggrieved person has returned to her vehicle in the car park of the location and has found a note detailing a vehicle that has collided with hers and driven off. The note was from a witness. Damage to the Aggrieved person's vehicle scratches and dent to drivers’ side.
