Appeal for information to help locate missing man from Gloucester

We're appealing for information to help locate a missing man who has not returned home despite being in contact with family.

Ahmed Abdulahi, aged 19, was last seen on Howard Street on Thursday 9 December and reported missing in mid-January.

His family stated that he had been in contact via the phone but not returned which has caused concerns for his welfare.

Officers have conducted a number of enquiries and believe that Ahmed may have recently been in the city. They are keen to locate him so they can check he is safe and well.

He is described as being 5ft 11ins tall, of a medium build and has short black afro style hair. It is not currently know what Ahmed is wearing.

Officers are asking anyone who has seen Ahmed or had contact with him to please get in touch.

Information can be submitted by calling police on 101 and quoting incident 208 of 21 January. If seen at the time of calling please dial 999.
