Appeal for witnesses following Aldershot collision

We are appealing for witnesses following a collision in Aldershot on Sunday (7 November).

At 5.24pm, we were called to Wellington Avenue after a pedestrian collided with a car at the pedestrian crossing near Morrisons.

The driver initially stopped at the scene but she left without exchanging details.

The pedestrian, a 19-year-old man, was taken to hospital with serious but not life threatening injuries.

The car is believed to be a silver or grey BMW with windscreen damage.
