Information sent on behalf of Surrey Police

We have completed checks of Upper Longcross as part of our routine ASB patrols following your concerns about suspicious activity and anti-social use of vehicles on the footpaths. 
We have also completed checks of the Wey Navigation as part of our Woodham and New Haw patrols. 
On the 10th October, one of our patrols was flagged down in Row Town following some suspicious activity by two male occupants of a Y registration White Ford Transit at 12.15pm.  They had been witnesses paying attention to properties and gardens in Greenwood Close, Woodham.  We are now viewing the CCTV and will submit intelligence.  Please report crime and suspicious activity by calling 101, always call 999 in an emergency. 
On the 13th October, we received a report of occupant(s) of an old style white Ford Transit van stealing metal in the Ripley Springs area of Egham.  Please report suspicious activity by calling 101, always call 999 in an emergency. 
CSO Carole Lawford was out and about for a number of pre-planned tasks and appointments around Virginia Water, Egham and Englefield during the week.
