Alert message sent 06/04/2021 14:58:00

Information sent on behalf of Neighbourhood Watch Scotland

Be aware of any suspicious callers to your property – if in doubt, check their identity and note their description and that of any vehicle they may be travelling in. Contact Police if you are unsure.

• Protect your vehicles by parking as close as you can to your property away from view of main roads
• Always remove keys from vehicles – even if you are just away from it for a few minutes
• Consider tracking devices/alarms or wheel clamps for vehicles
• Keep a record of all vehicles with photographs and serial numbers
• Consider the CESAR marking scheme
