Vandalism Incident - Oban

Between 9th and 12th January 2021 several windows were smashed at the Inverlonan Bothy’s which are located in the Lochnell Estate, Benderloch. The cabins are accessible by boat, foot or buggy and are in a rural and secluded location 6 miles outside of Oban.
If you own or manage any remote bothy’s please ensure reasonable steps are taken to secure these premises particularly during Covid-19 lockdown as most will be out of use at this time.

If anyone has information regarding this, please contact 101 quoting incident number 1353 of 12th January 2021 or crime reference number LB00580121. Investigating officer is PC Johnston, Oban Police Office
