Dates wrong for Exec

Alert message sent 17/09/2020 11:38:00

Information sent on behalf of Neighbourhood Watch

Sorry about the dates - Alert added today's date on the end of the subject line making it look like it was tonight - that would have been short notice - thanks Geoff for waking me up to that!!!!

Then to compound the problem I meant Thursday 24th September (can't blame Alert for that one)  Thanks to Mike for pointing that out. I have re-done the message correctly below.

Hello Everyone

I would like to hold a Zoom meeting as soon as we can find a date. There are some urgent issues to discuss, so please forgive the short notice it will not be a regular thing I promise.

1. Formally accept our previous proposal to keep Chair, Treasurer and Secretary as the current people and agree Vic N as co-opted as Web manager
2. Discuss reaction to the Sun newspaper article (brief update)
3. Decide exec actions for cleansing the Alert database prior to V4 being released
4. Decide how best to share the use of the CNWA Zoom account
5 Set Zoom date and time for a future meeting this year (early December?)

I have a suggestion for Thursday 24th September 19:00 if we can manage enough at this short notice to do that day. If not please suggest an alternative date you can make for the following week and I will go for the most popular day and time that gives a quorate meeting.

If you want to add anything please let Kirsty or me know.

I am conscious that not every member of the exec is able to join Zoom - if you are not able to Zoom please send your vote for item 1. by email to me along with any comments on 2 - 5.

If anyone wants help with making Zoom work please get in touch and I will see how we can resolve any issues you might have.
