Vehicle Stopped on Oakfield Road

Good Morning,

On 29th August at around 1410hrs, officers stopped a vehicle on Oakfield Road and found that the driver had no insurance for said vehicle. The offender had a small bag of cannabis in their possession and as a result was searched under Section 23 of the Misuse of Drugs Act - no further drugs were found.

The vehicle was seized, and the offender was issued a community resolution in relation to the cannabis.
