Alert message sent 24/08/2020 11:33:00

Information sent on behalf of Thames Valley Police

Statistics for the week up to August 14 show the number of coronavirus cases in Oxfordshire is rising, especially among young people aged between 18 and 30-years-old.

It is up to each of us to stop the virus spreading – we must act now to protect ourselves and others. Our safety is literally in our own hands – wash your hands regularly, avoid busy gatherings, keep your distance, and wear a face covering where appropriate. Full details can be found on the Oxfordshire County Council website.

If you have any coronavirus symptoms, you must self-isolate immediately and call 119 to book a test.
