Alert message sent 10/08/2020 11:52:00

Information sent on behalf of West Mids Police

Dear Citizen .
Between 8.30pm on Friday the 7th of August, and 9.40am on the 8th of August '20  unknown offenders have stolen the front and rear number plates from a Vauxhall motor car parked and unattended at the road side in Roughley Farm Road .
Number plates are used by thieves to change the identity of stolen vehicles, or vehicles used in crime. So these every day items are vital to keep as safe as possible.
You can help  secure your number plates against theft using number plate security screw kits.
These are available from motor spares outlets , and online.
