Naunton Lane NHW Scheme

Alert message sent 08/07/2020 14:40:00

Information sent on behalf of Neighbourhood Watch

As you maybe aware there is an active Neighbourhood Watch Scheme in Naunton Lane. Unfortunately the current coordinator finds it necessary to stand down.
As you have already registered with Your Community Alerts you have an interest in what is happening in your area,  I was wondering if you would consider taking on the role of Coordinator for the scheme.
The role is not onerous and would only take approx 15 mins a week to pass on my Neighbourhood Watch messages which is very easy if all members are on e mail.
Part of Neighbourhood Watch is to bring the community together ( which is no bad thing in the current situation and may well be happening in any case) by instilling the 'village mentality' , knowing your neighbours and knowing when something is wrong and out of the norm.
I have attached a document which gives the role of a coordinator and I am more than willing to give any further information if required.
Due to the current circumstances I am working from home but have access to e mails and can pick up messages from my phone. I can be contacted on 01452 754630 or via e mail :- simon.bailey@gloucestershire.pnn.police.uk
An active Neighbourhood Watch scheme is a benefit to the community in the current situation as well as the  way forward for crime prevention etc.
I look forward to hearing from you.
