Stolen Vehicle

Good morning

On Friday 12/06/2020 at 13:45hrs a white Transit VRM BN59 OAM was stolen from outside a property on Ridgacre Road B32. The vehicle was left unattended with the keys still in the ignition the driver’s mobile was also left in the vehicle. As the vehicle was being driven off it was followed by a white VW Golf VRM unknown and it’s possible that this was being driven by an accomplice.

Please do not leave your vehicles unsecure especially with the keys in the ignition even for just a few seconds, opportunists (and you never see them until it's too late) are waiting to pounce.

Please be vigilant, ensure all vehicles are locked securely, consider fitting a STEERING LOCK/ IMMOBILISER /TRACKING DEVICE also please ensure all valuables including mobile phones, wallets, handbags, sunglasses, cash, bank cards, laptops, tools, dash cams and SAT NAVS are removed, alarms are activated and keys are placed in a TAMPER FREE POUCH and kept in a secure place.
