Appeal for witnesses after boy threatened with a knife

At around 8.45pm on Sunday (31/5) the victim, a 17-year-old boy, was walking along Tenzing Drive when he was approached by two teenagers.

The three of them got into an argument outside the gate to Hilary Park and the junction of Terryfield Road, Quebec Road and Cairnside.

During this, one of the teenagers produced a knife and lunged at the victim. He missed and the victim managed to run away.

As he did so, his wireless headphones fell out of his ears and these were taken by the teenager.
No one was injured during the incident.

The offender is described as a skinny mixed race boy, around 15-years-old and approximately 5ft 6ins tall. He has large black frizzy hair.

A 17-year-old boy from High Wycombe has been arrested on suspicion of theft and threatening a person with a bladed article in a public place. He has been released on bail.
