Update in relation to reported dog bite in Poole

A man has come forward following an appeal in relation to an incident where a woman was reportedly bitten by a dog in Poole.

 The incident occurred at around 1.30pm on Thursday 23 April 2020 on Constitution Hill. A woman aged in her 60s who was walking her dog was reportedly bit on the arm by another dog, causing four puncture wounds. She also reported that her dog was injured in the incident.

 Following an image appeal issued by officers, a man has come forward and is assisting officers with their investigation. No arrests have been made.
