28 Day Crime Update

Good Evening,

You are receiving this message as a resident within the Ampthill, Flitwick and Silsoe and the Aspley Guise, Cranfield and Woburn Community Policing Areas, to keep you informed of the current levels of crime within your Community.

This update is being provided retrospectively, for statistics up to the 4th May 2020.

Ampthill, Clophill, Flitton & Greenfield, Flitwick, Gravenhurst, Harlington, Haynes, Houghton Conquest, Maulden, Pulloxhill, Shillington, Silsoe, Steppingley, Tingrith, Westoning:

All recorded crime within the area for the past 28 days is 133 crimes. The types of crime vary, but are predominantly Violence Against the Person and Harassment or Public Order Offences. In comparison, for the previous 28 day period, recorded crime was at 103 crimes.

Crime has, therefore, increased by 22.5% across the area.

Aspley Guise, Aspley Heath, Battlesden, Brogborough, Cranfield, Eversholt, Hulcote & Salford, Husborne Crawley, Lidlington, Marston Moretaine, Millbrook, Milton Bryan, Potsgrove, Ridgement, Woburn:

All recorded crime within the area for the past 28 days is 70 crimes. The types of crime vary, but are predominantly Violence Against the Person and Theft from Motor Vehicle Offences. In comparison, for the previous 28 day period, recorded crime was at 75 crimes.

Crime has, therefore decreased  by 7.1% across the area.
