Please find below details of the currently reported burglaries or attempted burglaries to residential properties (including shed break-ins) over the last period (6th to 14th April 2020). Summary details of these are provided in the list below.
Please note, where known we have used the approximate actual incident date/times rather than the date the incident was reported (as there can be differences).
20 March (00:00) – 09 April (23:59). Rectory Lane. A Honda lawn mower has been stolen from the garden shed. The shed lock had been forced. It is believed that the rear garden had been accessed via someone jumping the side gate.
10 April (08:00-15:00). Coleford Bridge Road. Whilst occupant has gone out the address has been accessed by unknown means and a small amount of cash has been taken from the lounge.
13 April (00:01) – 14 April (17:23). Whitehill Close. The front door panel has been pushed and has shattered, as if someone has attempted to break in.
Details from a number of these incidents may have been passed on to the specialist police burglary unit and where suspect vehicle number plates have been spotted, these too are circulated for ANPR notification.
