Welcome to the Burglary Update for the last week.
 
The message covers the burglaries reported between the  5th March 2020 and
12th March 2020.
 
 
North
Between 04/03/2020 14:30 to 05/03/2020 08:30, Holly Lane East, Banstead.
Residential Burglary.  Method of Entry: Forced entry through the front porch and door.
Stolen- To be confirmed.
10/03/2020 Between 07:30 to 18:15.  Tattenham Way, Tadworth.
Residential Burglary.  Method of Entry:  Forced entry through the rear glass bi-fold doors.
Stolen- Not confirmed at this time.
11/03/2020 12:30.  Chipstead Way, Banstead
Residential Burglary.  Method of Entry:  Forced entry through the rear patio door.
Stolen- Passports, Foreign currency, Jewellery and Raymond Weil Watch.
 
 
 
Central
Between 05/03/2020 18:30 to 06/03/2020 07:00.  Chapel Road, Redhill.
Residential Garage Burglary.   Method of Entry: Access has been gained to a secure parking area at residential flats. 
Stolen- Including Two bicycles.
06/03/2020  21:45.  Oakwood Close, Redhill.
Attempted Residential Burglary.   Method of Entry:  An attempted forced entry through the rear patio door and through a window at the front of the property.  Believed the offenders have been disturbed and left.
06/03/2020  Between 10:00 to 23:30.  Chipstead Close, Redhill.
Residential Burglary.  Method of Entry:  Forced entry through the rear conservatory door.
Stolen- Wallet, Master Card, Driving License, Cheque Book, Bank Book, Passport, Foreign Currency, Pop Vinyl’s and Air Rifle.
07/03/2020 19:05.  Kingsley Grove, Reigate.
Attempted Residential Burglary.  Method of Entry: Attempted forced entry through the rear back door.
Stolen: Nothing taken.
07/03/2020  Between 11:30 to 19:50.  Effingham Road, Reigate.
Residential Burglary.  Method Entry: Forced entry through the rear ground floor window.
Stolen- Jewellery, Tres Emme wash bag, Bottle of Spirits.
07/03/2020  20:00.  Wimborne Avenue, Redhill.
Residential Burglary.   Method of Entry: Forced entry through the rear ground floor window.
Stolen- To be confirmed, including jewellery and model cars.
Between 01/10/2019 21:28 to 09/03/2020 21:33.  St Johns Road,  Redhill.
Residential Burglary.    Method of Entry: Suspect entered the property without permission.
Stolen- Jewellery.
09/03/2020  Between 20:55 to 21:00.  Flanchford Road, Reigate.
Residential Burglary.   Method of Entry:  Forced entry through the first floor balcony glass door.
Stolen- Not confirmed at this time, including a small safe.
 
 
South
Between 06/03/2020 12:00 to 07/03/2020 10:10. Longbridge Road, Horley.
Attempted Residential Burglary.  Method of Entry: Attempted forced entry through the rear back door.
Stolen- Nothing taken.
Between 06/03/2020 14:00 to 07/03/2020 10:00.  Church Road, Horley.
Residential Burglary.   Method of Entry:  Forced entry through the rear door of the property.
Stolen- Passports, Vacuum Cleaner and Mobile Phone.
Between 06/03/2020 19:00 to 10/03/2020 15:00.  Church Road, Horley.
Residential Burglary.   Method of Entry:  Forced entry through the rear kitchen window.
Stolen- Not confirmed at this time, including a passport.
 
Good News 

Last week we were able to return a vehicle to the owner having been stolen during a burglary at the end of February. The suspect has been charged with numerous offences across the South East and has been remanded in custody.

In another investigation another male as been arrested in connection with a number of burglaries across East Surrey. He is currently on bail with conditions not to enter Surrey whilst detectives continue the investigation.
