Special Constable Recruitment Information Evenings

Alert message sent 02/01/2020 09:40:00

Information sent on behalf of Surrey Police

Dear Reader,

As you may already be aware, we have been recruiting for additional Special Constables to join our amazing organisation. Why not make this year the year you volunteer?

Do you love your community?
Could you make a difference?
Do you have hours in your week/ month to spare?

Then join us as a Special Constable!

Your life skills and experiences from your career are extremely valuable to us in making Surrey the safest county it can be. You will make a real difference in Surrey by reducing crime - and the fear of crime - across the county, whilst gaining unique experiences that you are unlikely to encounter anywhere else.

Visit www.surrey.police.uk/specials for more information and to apply. The deadline for applications closes on Sunday, 26 January 2020.

The Special Constabulary will also be hosting two information evenings where they provide a greater understanding of the role of Special Constable and the training on offer. The event will also be an opportunity to talk to existing Specials about their experiences and for them to answer any questions you might have.

Wednesday 15 January at Bourne Hall in Ewell, click here to register: https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/surrey-special-constabulary-information-evening-tickets-85983883109

Thursday 16 January at Hazelwood Community Centre in Sunbury-on-Thames, click here to register: https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/surrey-special-constabulary-information-evening-tickets-85975485993?utm_term=eventurl_text

We look forward to meeting you!
