Alert message sent 09/12/2019 09:10:00

Information sent on behalf of Northamptonshire Police

Between 6th and 7th December, offenders have broken into the Salvation Army Hall on Spinney Road.
They have initially tried to force a rear door, which wasn't successful, but have gained entry by forcing a rear UPVC window and smashing the glass.
Once inside, two metal storage file boxes have been taken. One was found discarded in the Peace Garden which is believed to be the way the offenders have exited.
CCTV in he High Street has been checked but unfortunately nothing was seen.

It is believed the offender/s thought the metal boxes contained petty cash.
They were aware of the building access points.
