Witness appeal attempted robbery

Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses following an attempted robbery which occurred on Thursday 21st November along the path between Bradley Moore Square and Foxglove Way, Thatcham. 
At 5.30pm, three white teenage boys aged 16-17 years wearing dark clothing were riding on bicycles and began to circle around 41-year-old woman. One of the boys grabbed at her handbag which she was able to keep hold of. He then pushed her to the ground but she was still able to keep hold of her handbag.
The victim sustained swelling, bruising and cuts to her knee, wrist and hand.
Nothing was stolen during the incident.
