Alert message sent 13/11/2019 09:58:00

Information sent on behalf of West Mids Police

Good morning to you all i hope you are all well. I have some up dates for you, over the last few days there has been three burglaries, one in Pineapple Road, offender(s) have gained entry by  lock snapping the rear kitchen door, nothing taken as offender(s) have been disturbed by the owner, the next one was in Lewis Road, a brick has been throne through the patio door, nothing stolen, and the last one in Popes Lane, two  males are seen to  go to a  wooden front door, and attempt  to gain entry, no entry gained offender(s) then attempt to go to the rear of the property but cannot get through the gate then leave no entry gained.

There has also been two vehicle crimes. One theft of motor vehicle in Franklin Road, a locked and secure Land Rover Sport has been stolen without keys, and in Greenoak Crescent a Citroen Xsara has had the number plates stolen.

Crime prevention advice, please think about changing door locks to anti snap locks to  help prevent burglary.
For your vehicles please think about fitting a disk lock  to help prevent theft of motor vehicle, and for theft of number plates think about fitting anti theft screws to your number plates.
If you have any information regarding these offences please contact the police on 101 or you can contact me using this system and as always my e-mail address is p.blackford@west-midlands.pnn.police.uk.
