Alert message sent 05/11/2019 13:44:00

Information sent on behalf of Derbyshire Constabulary

We are releasing an image of a man we want to speak to after an elderly man was allegedly conned out of cash.

In October, an 87-year-old man was visited several times by a man who claimed work needed carrying out at his house, including work to fix the roof and mend the boiler.

The victim handed over cash but no work was carried out at his home, in Richmond Avenue, Littleover.

Witnesses or anyone with information should contact investigating officer PC Sophie Salloway, quoting reference 19000547539.
