🎄 ðŸŒŸ ðŸŽ…🏽 | We’re looking for your help to design this year’s official Humberside Police Christmas card!
We’re asking children across our force area to design a card that’s festive and fits this year’s theme of KINDNESS

We hope your Christmas is filled with love and laughter, but for some, it can be a lonely time of year. An act of kindness and compassion might just brighten up their day.

So we want you to design a festive card with some of the following questions in mind:

How are you going to be kind this Christmas?
Do you know someone who might be lonely this Christmas – what can you do to make them feel less lonely?
If you could grant one act of kindness to someone who needs it this Christmas, what would it be?

There are two categories:

age 10-14 years old
age 9 years and under

Each category winner will receive a prize, with the overall winner receiving a VIP visit to Humberside Police to meet our Chief Constable Lee Freeman. The winning Christmas card will then be the Chief’s official card for 2019 and will be printed and sent out by him.

The deadline for entries is Wednesday 27 November 2019.

All entries should be on A4 paper and the first name and age of the entrant should be written on the front.

We want to share a variety of cards across our social media channels so we will assume your consent is given on submission of your entry. Make sure you follow us on social media for a chance to see your entry on our channels:

To submit your child’s/grandchild’s artwork, please either scan or photograph it and send it to us via email with the child’s name, age, address and a parent/guardian’s contact telephone number.
