Information sent on behalf of Northamptonshire Police

We are pleased to report that there were no reports of anti-social behaviour reported on Halloween night. From reading some of the comments on local social media pages it would appear everyone had a good time, and the young people of the village were respectful.

I am aware of a report on social media about someone lighting a small fire down the the Millennium Green, however note they also were responsible enough to put it out. I have liaised with the person who put the initial post on and they have chosen not to take the matter further.

If you are planning your own fireworks display over forthcoming days, or going to an organised display please stay safe, park safely and remember some organised displays do not allow sparklers.
