Information sent on behalf of Leicestershire Police

Good evening,

Over the past few weeks the Team and I have executed Warrants at two addresses within the Ward in relation to Drug related offences.
As a result of this proactivity we have recovered a quantity of Class B controlled drugs, and have disrupted the activities of organised criminals within the Community.
We will be continuing to disrupt and investigate criminality within the Community, however we rely on you to keep us informed of things that don't look or feel right. If you have concerns about anything within the Community that you feel warrants closer Police investigation, please let us know by reporting this either online by the website www.leics.police.uk or via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.

Can I also encourage you to take a look at the Leicestershire Police website, https://www.leics.police.uk/a/your-area/leicestershire/east-leicestershire/stoneygate/?tab=Overview This link will take you directly to the Stoneygate Ward page and will provide you with an oversight of reported crime in the area, details of future engagement events, who the team are, and an opportunity to vote on the key issues that are affecting you directly. The Team can then use these votes to direct their work as appropriate.

Please feel free to reply or contact me further so that we can address the concerns of the Community and work together to reduce crime in our area

Many thanks

Pete Colgate
