Alert message sent 21/10/2019 15:04:00

Information sent on behalf of Gloucestershire Constabulary

Are you concerned about road safety? Fed up with cars speeding through your neighbourhood?
Keen to take action and raise awareness of the issue?

Members of the public are invited to join local police officers to receive training to support the development
of local Community Speed Watch groups. Community Speed Watch (CSW) is a national initiative where active members of local communities join with the support of the Police to monitor speeds using speed detection devices. Speed Watch activity is not about interfering with neighbours' behaviour; it is a
proactive solution to improve the safety and quality of life for everyone in the community.

Training: 12 noon, Saturday 9th November 2019, Stroud Police Station

To book a place on the training, please contact Kim Cowan at Stroud Town Council on 01452 762817 or
