Crime and Policing Update for Finedon
Incidents of note between Friday 4 and Wednesday 9 October.

At 12 noon on Friday 4 October a security patrol reported that the gate to a vacant property on Station Road, Finedon had been bolt cropped and a van could be seen inside.  Police attended and detained two males.  A quantity of scrap metal was discovered inside the van.
Between 17.30hrs on Friday 4 October and 03.00hrs on Saturday 5 October a garage on Bell Hill, Finedon was broken into when the roof tiles and felt were removed.  The owner of the garage had been disturbed by noises but had been unable to see anything.
Between 23.50hrs on Sunday 6 October and 00.12hrs on Monday 7 October unknown person(s) gained entry to Finedon Cricket Club and forced entry behind the bar, causing damage to the shutters and opening the till.
Between 21.00hrs on Sunday 6 October and 07.00hrs on Monday 7 October, unknown person(s) have entered a residential property on Mackworth Green, Finedon and stolen items, including car keys.  The vehicle was also taken.
At 02.15hrs on Wednesday 9 October, unknown person(s) have entered a stand alone garage on Bell Hill, Finedon by removing tiles and making holes in the roof.
