CCTV images released following theft of fuel - Hills Quarry

Thames Valley Police is releasing CCTV images of two men that officers would like to speak to following an incident of theft of fuel in Abingdon.

Between 2.30pm and 5pm on Saturday 21 September, two men cut through a padlock and entered Hills Quarry before stealing a lawnmower and a large quantity of red diesel fuel.

Investigating officer PC Lorraine O’Connor, based at Abingdon police station, said: “I am releasing these images as I believe that the men pictured may have important information that can aid my investigation.

“I am appealing to anybody who was in the area at the time of the offence who believes that they may have any information, or recognises the people in these images, to contact the 24-hour non-emergency number 101, quoting reference number 43190293979, or to make a report online.

“Alternatively, you can call the independent charity Crimestoppers 100% anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
