Runcorn Local Policing Unit, Heath & Beechwood
September 2019

Speed Enforcement
Speed Enforcement has been conducted on Beechwood Avenue and Clifton Road.

Parking Issues
Parking issues outside the 8 schools of Beechwood and The Heath have been getting monitored as much as possible by the local PCSO. Fixed Penalty Notices have been issued and action will continue to be taken against those committing any parking offences.

Runcorn Hill
On Sunday 29th September at approximately 5pm two young lads aged approximately 12-13 years of age were seen to be dropping sandstone bricks from the cliffs above onto the foot path below. When challenge the youths made off. If you witness any ASB or Criminal Damage please get in touch.

A couple of incidents of Anti-Social Behaviour were reported to us throughout September these included youths causing issues for the staff a Beechwood Community Centre, Youths knocking down a road sign on Beechwood Avenue and Off Road Bikes being driven up and down Heath Road. If you witness any ASB or have any information please contact us on 101.

Monday 28th October 2019 – 6pm @ Community Police Office, Heath Business Park
We are keen over the coming months to try and advertise the introduction of Neighbourhood Watch schemes in Heath & Beechwood via the Cheshire Alert web page. If any members of Cheshire Alert would like to set-up and become a coordinator of a watch scheme then we as the police will offer support and advice in any way we can, my e-mail is attached at the bottom of this newsletter and I look forward to hearing from anyone who wishes to set-up a scheme that we can get involved with.
