Attempt garage burglary in Hedon

A burglary has been reported in your neighbourhood



At 1900 hours on 25/09/2019 an attempt burglary was reported on Hull Road, Hedon. 

Offenders have used bolt croppers to cut the padlock securing the garage door.  Fortunately they were disturbed by a member of the public and made off without stealing anything.

The suspects made off on cycles and are described as male / white / 14-15yrs old / one wearing a grey hoodie and a baseball cap riding a BMX and the second male had a rucksack on his back and was riding a mountain bike.

Did you see or hear anything suspicious around that time?    If so please ring 101 quoting Investigation Number 16/107953/19 or alternatively you can call Crimestoppers 0800 555 111.
