Silent Auction - Dudley town hall

Alert message sent 24/09/2019 14:23:00

Information sent on behalf of West Mids Police

Dear all,

Assistant Chief Constable Chris Johnson was diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease last November. Chris was Dudley’s Neighbourhood Policing Unit’s Chief Superintendent until he moved to take up a role in Birmingham in February 2016.
We are organising a Silent Auction in order to raise awareness of MND and to support the Motor Neurone Disease Association. This is to show our support for Chris and also being conscious of others whose lives are or have been affected by MND to.
I attach a poster for the event and an explanation of what a Silent Auction is.
Any support that you can offer would be gratefully received e.g. by helping us to promote the event, attending the Silent Auction or donating an item to be auctioned.

Many Thanks
Sue Haywood
Head of Community Safety
