Weekly Burglary Update

Dear Residents,
Welcome to the Burglary Update for the last week.
The message covers the burglaries reported for the week between 12th September 2019 to 19th September 2019
  • 14/09/2019  Between 02:30 to 02:35  Holly Lane West, Banstead. Residential Burglary resulting in car theft.  Method of Entry- No forced entry. Access to keys via front door letter box.  Stolen: Car (now recovered).
  • 16/09/2019  Between 14:20 to 14:23  Parkwood Road, Banstead. Distraction Burglary.  Method of Entry- Two males gained access by claiming to work for a gas company. They said that they were looking for a gas leak in the rear garden  Stolen: Not confirmed at this time
  • Between 15/09/2019 18:30 to 16/09/2019 08:00   Merland Rise, Tadworth. Attempted Residential Garage Burglary.  Method of Entry- Attempted forced entry.  Stolen: Nothing taken.
  • 16/09/2019   11:00   Beechen Lane,  Tadworth. Residential Garage Burglary. Method of Entry- Forced entry into the garage. Suspects disturbed by a neighbour and left the scene.  Stolen: Nothing taken.
  • Between 08/09/2019 18:00 to 12/09/2019 18:00   Lymden Gardens, Reigate. Residential Garage Burglary.  Method of Entry- Forced entry. Stolen:  Not confirmed at this time.
  • 12/09/2019 00:00 to 08:30   Flanchford Road, Reigate. Residential Outbuilding Burglary.  Method of Entry- Forced Entry. Stolen: Nothing taken.
  • Between 11/09/2019 00:00 to 14/09/2019 14:30  Lymden Gardens, Reigate. Residential Garage Burglary.  Method of Entry- Forced entry. Stolen: Bicycles and foot pump.
  • Between 14/09/2019 18:00 to 15/09/2019 08:00.  Haroldslea Drive, Horley. Residential Burglary resulting in car theft.  Method of Entry – No evidence of forced entry.   Stolen:  Car.
