Burglary Residential x 3

Location: Upperwood Road. Date / Time: 19.08.19 - 15.30 x 17.30hrs. M.O: Insecure window. Electronic items & cash stolen. Offenders believed to have used a silver Kia Sportage Estate (or similar).

Location: Catania Rise. Date / Time: 28.08.19 - 12.25hrs. M.O: Bogus caller targeted elderly female resident. Cash stolen.

Location: Darhaven. Date / Time: 02.09.19 - Overnight. M.O: Insecure window. Bag, wallet & phone stolen.

Theft from Motor Vehicle

Location: Rotherham Road (Little Houghton). Date / Time: 19.08.19 - Overnight. M.O: Number plates stolen from vehicle.

Location: Crook House Lane. Date / Time: 02.09.19 - Overnight. M.O: Number plates stolen from vehicle.

Theft of Motor Vehicle

Location: Doncaster Road (Lay-By). Date / Time: 29.08.19 - 07.00 x 15.00hrs. M.O: Blue 53 plate Ford Fiesta stolen without keys.

Location: Ings Road (Business Compound). Date / Time: 20.08.19 - 00.00hrs - M.O: Gates rammed by white Ford Transit panel van & quad bike stolen from compound. Both vehicles seen acting suspiciously approx 30 minutes later in the Jump area of Barnsley. Officers attended & 3 males made off from scene in a further vehicle (believed to be a silver old style VW Golf). Transit van, Quad bike & 1 further vehicle seized by Officers.

Enquiries are ongoing into these offences.
