Burglary in Plymouth

E-fit image released
Police have released an E-fit image of a woman they want to speak to in connection with a burglary that happened on North Road East on Tuesday 30 July.
Owners of a residential property had a concrete block thrown through their ground floor window at around 1am. The intruders managed to steal a handbag from inside the property. 
A man and woman were then seen running from the address after the incident.  
The man was described as white, early 40s, and wearing a cream hoody with the hood up, dark blue jeans and scruffy shoes. 
The woman was described as white, early 40s, 5ft 8ins, with dark hair which was down and appeared scruffy. She was wearing a dark coloured bomber jacket with the hood worn down and had a local accent. 
A witness has compiled a photo image of a woman police wish to identify.
The public are requested to contact 101@police.uk or call 101 quoting reference CR/069772/19 should they recognise the female or can provide any further information about the incident.
