Weekly Crime summary
 
Crimes will be listed by location under the headings of Salisbury, Alderbury (area traditionally policed from Alderbury Police Stn) and Wilton (area traditionally policed from Wilton Police Stn). 

Please find below a summary of local crimes which have been reported since Sat 8th June (Please note this is a summary, it is not possible to list all crimes due to confidentiality issues e.g. some violent offences or for domestic disputes).

 
Salisbury
 
09/06 – Criminal Damage (04:00) – Wagstaff Way – Stone used to smash driver’s side window while vehicle parked
09/06 – Criminal Damage – Central Car Park – Offender has kicked the rear nearside panel of a vehicle while it was parked overnight
09/06 – Robbery (Attempted) (22:00) – Mill Stream Approach – Suspect has asked male to hand over his mobile and wallet at knife point
09/06 – Theft – Macklin Road – Offender gained entry to locked vehicle overnight and stole various tools/equipment belonging to a tradesman
09/06 – Theft – St. Marks Avenue – Shed broken into and two push bikes stolen
10/06 – Theft – Churchfields – Trailer stolen overnight from business premises
10/06 – Criminal Damage – Greyfriars Close – Suspect has damaged windows in patio doors, one smashed and the other chipped
11/06 – Burglary – Manor Farm Rd – Suspect has broken into nursing home overnight and stolen various tools
11/06 – Burglary – St. Peters Place – Suspect has entered unoccupied new build property overnight and stolen a gas hob and an induction hub
11/06 – Criminal Damage – Carmelite Way (19:20) – Suspect has used a catapult to break a bedroom window
12/06 – Theft – Railway Station (15:52) – Suspect has stolen a bag containing wallet, driving licence and passport
12/06 – Criminal Damage – Eyres Way (18:30) – Suspect has broken garden fence
13/06 – Theft – Waitrose (12:15) – Suspect has stolen hand-bag from a trolley
13/06 – Criminal Damage – Brown Street (18:00) – Car wing mirror smashed by pillion rider on a bicycle riding wrong way down one way street
 
Alderbury community area

09/06 – Criminal Damage – Ashmore Lane, West Dean – Suspect(s) has caused damage to a digger which was parked in a gated yard overnight
10/06 – Criminal Damage – Laverstock – Suspect(s) have entered school grounds overnight and damaged a wooden bench
10/06 – Theft (Attempted) – Downton – Suspect(s) have entered a building site and attempted to break into a storage container
11/06 – Theft – Downton – Suspect has entered front garden and stolen a bird bath
11/06 – Theft – Langley Wood (14:00) – Hand bag stolen from parked car
12/06 – Criminal Damage – Downton – Front windscreen of car smashed overnight using a catapult

Wilton community area

11/06 – Burglary – Broadchalke – Suspect(s) has used a wooden post to break down a door and steal a plucking machine and pressure washer
11/06 – Theft – Burcombe – Suspect(s) have cut through a pipe and drained the entire contents of an oil tank
11/06 – Theft – South Newton – Suspect has gained access to vehicle compound and removed catalytic convertor from a brand new unregistered car
12/06 – Theft – Burcombe – Suspect has entered a barn where a vehicle was parked and stolen a section of brake-pipe
14/06 – Burglary – Netherhampton – Suspect(s) have broken into green-keepers shed and caused damage
14/06 – Theft – Barford St. Martin – Car door quarter-light smashed and purse stolen
