Two males arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply - Wellingborough

Yesterday (15th March) officers on proactive patrol in Wellingborough had cause to stop a vehicle and search it and its occupants utilising section 23 of the misuse of drugs act. A quantity of what is to be believed crack cocaine and heroin was located in individual deal bags.  As a result, both male occupants of the vehicle were arrested on suspicion of being in possession of a class A controlled substance, with intent to supply. Both remain in custody at this time, whilst the investigation continues.
We are determined to tackle those people who supply drugs to our communities. Anyone with information about the supply of drugs can contact police on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
