Recent Crime in Kettering Borough Thursday 14th March 2019.

St. Anthony’s Road, Kettering. Burglary between 6.15pm and 6.50pm Wednesday 13th. Alarm provider rang victims to let them know their alarm had been activated. On return they found the back door smashed and an untidy search had been made, with the fish tank being smashed too. A considerable amount of money in coins was stolen. Unsure of what else is missing at present time. Ref: 190001 29522.
London Road, Kettering. Burglary between 1.20am and 1.35am Thursday 14th. Side window of public house forced to gain entry. A fruit machine was damaged and the money taken from it. The wires to the security light were cut. Ref: 190001 29845.
Mead Road, Kettering. Burglary between 7pm and 7.30pm Wednesday 13th. Victim had info sent via the smart camera system in the house, to state that intruders were inside. The victim saw a male inside as the police were being called. One male made good his escape, but the other was arrested and items were recovered. Ref: 190001 29631.
King Street, Kettering. Criminal damage between 8pm Thursday 12th and 8.23am Wednesday 13th. Car passenger window smashed but nothing taken. Ref: 190001 28047.
King Street, Kettering. Interference with motor vehicle between 8pm Tuesday 12th and 6am Wednesday 13th. Passenger window smashed and untidy search made, but nothing stolen. Ref: 190001 27941.
King Street, Kettering. Theft from motor vehicle between 6pm Tuesday 12th and 9am Wednesday 13th. Passenger window smashed and items stolen. Ref: 190001 28276.
Wellington Street, Kettering. Theft from motor vehicle at 7pm Tuesday 12th. Entry gained via unknown means and items stolen. Ref: 190001 29026.
Daisy Bank Avenue, Kettering. Theft from motor vehicle between 5pm and 8pm Tuesday 12th. Vehicle entered by unknown means and items stolen. Ref: 190001 28280.
Newlands Shopping Centre, Kettering. Theft between 9.55am and 10.20am. Phone in victim’s zipped jacket pocket was stolen, leaving zip undone. Ref: 190001 27004.
Britannia Road, Kettering. Theft from motor vehicle between 5pm Monday 11th and 8.15am Tuesday 12th. Vehicle entered by unknown means and items stolen. Ref: 190001 26221.
Salisbury Street, Kettering. Theft from motor vehicle between 11pm Monday 11th and 8am Tuesday 12th. Vehicle entered by unknown means and items stolen. Ref: 190001 26620.
Britannia Road, Kettering. Interference with motor vehicle at 3.20am Tuesday 12th. Side passenger window found half down after alarm went off. Another vehicle had been entered and searched but nothing taken. Ref: 190001 26642.
Rosewood Place, Kettering. Attempted theft from motor vehicle between 1.25am and 1.30am Wednesday 13th. Three males in a black Ford Mondeo pulled into the close and opened the rear door of a van to look inside. The informant turned the lights on in the house, whereupon they left. Ref: 190001 27849.
Regent Street, Desborough. Theft from motor vehicle between 6pm Monday 11th and 7am Tuesday 12th. Front and rear number plates stolen. Ref: 190001 26128.
Milldale Road, Kettering. Theft from motor vehicle between 10pm Monday 11th and 8.20am Tuesday 12th. Drill used to gain access to van. Ref: 190001 26186.
Manor Road, Rushton. Theft from motor vehicle between 6.15pm and 8.25pm Tuesday 12th. Window smashed to gain entry to van cab and lock on sliding door forced to gain entry to rear. Items stolen. Ref: 190001 27597.
Forest Glade, Kettering. Theft between 5.20pm and 5.30pm Monday 11th. Two suspects climbed onto the house roof and took off two four foot lengths of lead before running from the scene. The victim caught them in the act and shouted, which made them run off into the nearby woods. Ref: 190001 25529.
Ashley Road, Weston-By-Welland. Theft of motor vehicle between 9pm Sunday 10th and 6.30am Monday 11th. Works vehicle stolen leaving shattered glass on the roadside. Ref: 190001 24085.
