Do you run, or are you a member of a small voluntary community organisation?

Birmingham Community Matters offer surgeries for face to face support to anyone at any stage in the process of running a community group or project. So from setup and structure to securing funding or recruiting volunteers, this is the event for you.

Simply drop in to one of their surgeries on the day, for an informal chat and a cup of tea.
