Burglary in Bybrook Gardens Tuffley

Alert message sent 10/08/2018 14:52:00

Information sent on behalf of Neighbourhood Watch

Sometime between 1am and 7am on the 10th August a house in Bybrook Gardens, Tuffley was entered through an open bathroom window.

An untidy search of the property was made and items of jewellery and cash was taken while the occupant was asleep.

Please note that leaving any window or door open during this hot weather can provide a visible indication that easy and silent entry can be obtained by an opportunist thief.  Also remember to double check all external doors are locked before you go to bed.

If you have any information regarding this crime please report the matter to the police by ringing 101 or by email to 101@gloucestershire.police.uk
