Appeal for witnesses following a robbery in Luton

We are appealing for information following a robbery in Luton on Wednesday (7 March).

Between 5.10pm and 5.20pm a woman was walking along Sundon Park Road near to the petrol station when she was approached from behind by a man on a bike. The man snatched the woman’s mobile phone, causing her to fall to the ground.

The offender is described as an Asian, 16-years-old and slim. He is described as wearing a pair of thick black framed glasses and was riding an orange and red mountain bike.

Anyone with information is asked to report it visit the force’s online reporting centre or call 101 quoting reference number C/10798/2018.
