Appeal for information after a man was assaulted in Ashbourne

Officers investigating an assault are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.

On Saturday, December 23 at around 2am a man was in the courtyard of the Bridge pub on Dig Street in Ashbourne.

He told officers that he had been punched by someone and he had fallen to the floor which had knocked him unconscious.
